When you register for a program (such as the DPDPA 2023 & Rules 2025: Complete Practical Training), your enrollment immediately allocates digital resources and reserves live seat capacity.
Non-Refundable Live Registrations & Missed Session Policy
Important NoticeDue to strictly limited cohort seating capacity, digital software licenses, and instant provisioning of course materials, all live training enrollments are non-refundable once payment is completed.
If an enrolled participant is unable to join or misses the live interactive call for personal, health, work, or local internet connectivity reasons, no monetary refund shall be issued.
In such cases, full digital fulfillment is guaranteed and completed within 24 hours of session conclusion through:
- 30-day unrestricted, view-only access to the complete cloud recording of the session;
- Full suite of downloadable Excel RoPA frameworks, statutory audit checklists, and legal notices;
- Full access to the online testing engine to take the assessment and earn the verifiable Certificate of Completion.
Batch Rescheduling & Cohort Transfer
We understand that unforeseen corporate emergencies happen. While payments are non-refundable, you may reschedule your live seat:
Technical Downtime & Organizer Cancellation
In the rare event that Nonce Systems LLP cancels, postpones, or fails to deliver the training session due to trainer illness, server infrastructure downtime, or unforeseen platform outages:
Candidates will be immediately offered their choice between:
- A 100% full refund returned to the original payment method without deductions; or
- Guaranteed priority transfer to the rescheduled batch or any upcoming live cohort with premium seat preference.
Duplicate Transactions & Refund Settlement Timelines
If an accidental duplicate charge occurs due to network latency, page reload, or payment gateway double-debit:
Report duplicate payments with your Razorpay Payment ID. We verify and initiate the refund within 48 hours.
Pursuant to RBI and bank payment network guidelines, funds credit back to the original source in 5 to 7 business days.
